An extremely easy and delicious Brazilian dessert.
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon butter
Put the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the condensed milk and cocoa and stir constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and let it rest until it’s completely cool. Form into small balls and coat with cocoa powder or coconut or any other topping.
PS. It’s also delicious when it’s warm, devoured only with a spoon :)

The parmesan, the mushrooms and basil work really well together and taste divine with the rich and creamy risotto. Here’s a tried and true recipe to my favorite Italian dish.
This is my all time favorite soup, it’s so delicious and easy to make. It’s a little tangy, a little sweet, a little spicy yet perfectly balanced. One day I spent hours looking for a shrimp soup, and after reading many recipes this one I found on Food & Wine was the winner. I modified it a little bit since I don’t like green bell peppers, and I prefer coconut cream as I feel that coconut milk tastes too “coconuty” and I used Orzo (rice shaped pasta) instead of rice as I like its texture more in soups. Here’s my adaptation of that wonderful recipe:
